The structure consists of a cylindrical meting room placed in front of a sixty meter long rectangular office space, the administration building and staircase towers. Except the entrance facade where the service units are located, the building is covered with glass of various size and colors. The lack of an already existing urban texture in the fair land, has been a major challenge; thus an important point of departure in search of new forms and approaches.
