Due to the harsh climatic conditions of Moscow, the main entrance to the building is under a shed which also forms a covered plaza adjacent to the parking facilities. The shed provides a sheltered access to the entrance of the building. When it comes to high-rises; one might argue that - indifferent from any other building- the design of the entrance area is the most signaficant part, not the top of the building.
