The exhibtion design of the sculpture show, titled ‘Yekpare’ for the artist Canan Bozbağ was planned.
“Sculptures of Canan Bozbağ question the fact that the body is as relative as the shadow is. The exhibition that describes the shadow being as real as the body, makes it possible for the audience to perceive these two as a single object. The exhibition which becomes the compass that leads us first to meet dreams and then the reality, has a strong; transparent; rigid yet shifting soul. With the design of Şevki Pekin, notions of space within space, space within sculpture and sculpture within space emerge. With this reversal, we are led to experience the inside outside and the outside inside.”
